In my practice, I like to focus on the whole person in your health journey, by taking into account all aspects that might be influencing your mental health and well-being. I like including clients in the creation of your treatment plan, and generally meet you where you're at.
I've learned from my patients that what really matters in life are the small things that most people think are insignificant. And to always have grace when meeting other people, you never know what kind of life they’ve lived, or what kind of stories they tell.
The best thing I’ve ever done for my health is make it a priority. I workout often, including running to decompress from my day. I love walking my dog and spending time outside. I also like to get myself a treat each week that is healthy or feels indulgent, like fresh salmon or a cookie from the bakery.
