I enjoy being a part of that journey and partnering with my patients to provide them with support through successes and challenges. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
I am passionate about nutrition and how it contributes to a healthy lifestyle. I love food and strive to help others realize how they can also enjoy food and still feel healthy. Changing a habit is difficult, but I love watching someone take steps toward finding a balance of healthy eating, exercise, and mindfulness.
There is no standard approach that works for everyone. I work with my patients to develop a program that fits within their lifestyle to make healthy changes while still incorporating favorite foods.
Small changes can make a big difference! You may set a goal that seems small, but as you achieve each small goal, you’ll be able to track your progress and be motivated to keep moving forward.
