I am a licensed psychologist with professional interests in anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, EMDR, chronic pain, grief and loss, co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health, mindfulness and stress management. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
Practice philosophy: I use an integrated approach to my patients' care, focusing on the therapeutic relationship. I believe it is important to work with my patients to determine the best treatment plan that fit their specific needs. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness interventions, and other approaches that fit the needs of the client.

If I weren't a provider, I would be a: chef because I love cooking.
Something I have learned from my patients is: that they are the experts about their own mental health, and my job is to understand them better.
My personal health goal is: to incorporate walking and meditation throughout my day.
