I am a certified nurse practitioner with professional interests in chronic disease management, integrative health, preventive care, wellness and women's health.  I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

I see patients who are 18 years and older.

Practice philosophy: I believe everyone is capable of achieving their health goals.  I feel honored to work in a profession where I can directly support and partner with individuals in their pursuit of wellness.

I am passionate about: enjoying all aspects of life. I enjoy feeling energized and present through exercise, travel, time with family & friends, engaging in professional work that I truly enjoy, and finding time to relax. 

If I wasn't a provider, I would be a: ski instructor traveling the world working at various international resorts. I absolutely love the mountains, skiing with my family, being outside and engaging with people.

My patients have taught me: that every individual’s health is unique and it requires respect, creativity and trying different things to find the right balance and ability to achieve a desired outcome.

The best health advice is: getting adequate sleep is foundational to mood, energy and overall health. Exercise most days of the week and find things you love to do so it’s fun and you want to do it! Also, when it comes to food - moderation is the key! Incorporate fresh vegetables in every meal to keep you full. 

My personal health goal is: complete a century bike ride. I value exercise and have completed a marathon, many half-marathons and a few triathlons!
