Practice philosophy: My job as a pediatrician is to listen to families and to offer guidance so that my patients can grow into healthy, happy, and well-rounded adults.
I am a pediatrician because: I have a nerdy love of science and an innate desire to help people. These things, combined with my admiration for the goofy, light-hearted spirit of children, made becoming a pediatrician and easy choice.
My patients have taught me: Listen carefully and be patient. We all have the same goal – to help children become physically and mentally healthy individuals.
I am passionate about: I spend a lot of time maintaining and cultivating healthy relationships with people in my life – nothing is more important to me. I love adventuring outdoors, trying new foods, and spending lazy mornings in my pajamas.
The best thing I have done for my health: I have learned to listen to my body – I sleep a little extra when I’m feeling run down, venture outside when I’m feeling cooped up and choose fresh foods as often as possible.
My personal health goal: Eat fresh food, get good sleep and spend plenty of time outside.
