Professional interests:
- Acute health issues
- Same day care
- Skin issues
- Virtual visits
I am a certified physician assistant with professional interests in skin issues and acute health issues. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
Hometown: Bismarck, ND
Best part of my work: I enjoy meeting a patient, listening to their concerns, formulating a plan that works for them and providing education about the diagnosis and how to realistically manage that problem long term.
Why I became a provider: My mother was an ER and critical care nurse. I was fascinated with health care and loved listening to how she helped patients. My motivation for pursuing a career in health care came from her.
Favorite health tip: In winter, don't use soap on all of your skin as soap strips away needed oils. Moisturize after every shower to help avoid itchy skin in the winter. In summer, apply sunscreen every two hours; if you're in the water, apply every hour. Choose at least SPF 15 or 30.
Practice philosophy: Careful listening is the cornerstone of my practice and allows me to collaborate with patients to meet their health goals.

Good
Appt. Times. Seeing one's own doctor.
Urgency to be seen and scheduled. Doctor was present and direct with diagnosis.
It was on time and she was very explicit with her directions. Job well done
Was fast getting in even though it was busy!
Listened well and addressed my concerns.
The nurse was disrespectful.
The convenience of Same Day Care is outstanding. To provide this type of service to patients who are sick NOW is so important.
Tricia was very thorough, understanding and polite
