I see adults and children three years old through adolescence and have practiced for 25 years.
I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
I incorporate integrative treatments in my practice, including acupuncture, meditation, nutrition, hypnosis and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. I am a leader of Allina Health's Resilience Training program, an eight-week program to treat anxiety and depression offered by the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. My patients include people with autism and developmental disabilities.
The advice I give to family and friends for staying well is exercise, eat a mostly plants-based diet, make time and space for yourself, and be kind to yourself and everyone you meet.
