I am a family medicine physician with professional interests in women's health and pediatrics. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

I am passionate about: working with people to help them learn about their medical challenges, understand treatments and negotiate an evidence-based and patient-centered plan for better health.
I became a physician because: it combines my passion to work with people around health, science and the process of learning what we think we know. I have always wanted to be a physician. My cousins set up lemonade stands; I set up a first-aid stand.
One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is: chronic disease. Some become frustrated because it cannot be healed or remedied; however, there is always room for improvement, new things for myself and patients to learn, and goals to strive for. Chronic diseases offer challenges, but that does not mean a person cannot live a very full life. I thoroughly enjoy the celebrations of achievement and helping patients regain and maintain control of their chronic medical problems.
The best thing I have done for my health: was to get a primary care physician.
I am most proud of: being a physician. There is a lot of trust, confidence and vulnerability built into the patient-provider relationship, and it is an honor to have the opportunity to have these relationships with many patients every day.
