I am an adult-gerontological certified nurse practitioner with professional interests in geriatric care, preventive medicine, adult physicals and cardiology. I see patients ages 13 and older. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for follow-up care.

I’m passionate about: my children. As Jackie Kennedy once said; “if you bungle raising your children, I don’t think whatever else you do matters very much.”
Something I’ve learned from my patients is: to take the time to listen, educate and collaborate together to achieve results. I never want one of our patients to feel like they are “just a number”.
One of my hobbies include: cooking for my family. I spend a fair amount of free time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. Sometimes my kids turn up their noses at my creations, but I believe variety is the spice of life!
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: professional chef. I love creating new dishes that bring people together.
I knew I wanted to become a nurse practitioner: after spending nine years as a critical care RN, which provided me with experience that made the transition to advanced practice feel like a natural progression. I feel blessed to be in a position to positively impact the lives of patients.
My hero is: my grandmother, Glenaris. She lived a selfless life and always provided joy and comfort with her presence.
One of the challenges of my career that I enjoy is: learning and growing with change to improve patient experiences and outcomes.
My personal health goal is: to get outside every day to enjoy the outdoors and be active as a family.
