I am a board-certified physician specializing in family medicine. My professional interests include geriatrics, women's health and adolescent medicine. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

Best part of my work: Getting to know patients "outside" of their health problems. Caring for the entire family, from beginning to end of life.
Why I became a physician: I had a mild heart defect as a child and was one of the few children who "liked" going to the doctor. The job looked fun! Medicine continued to be a passion from then on.
What I tell my friends and family: There is no such thing as multi-tasking. Try to concentrate on one thing, do it as well as you can in a reasonable amount of time and then move on.
How I spend my free time: Reading, teaching my sons new things, swimming, snowmobiling, being outdoors and on the lake.
What patients say about me: When I am with them, they have my full attention. I am passionate about good health and prevention of medical problems.
Favorite health tip: Try to do any type of exercise even if only 5 minutes and not feel better!
