About this location
When you have cancer, you need a dedicated team throughout your treatment, follow-up and recovery. We’re here to help you each step of the way.
Many of the latest and most effective treatments for cancer are available right here at Cambridge Medical Center (CMC) in Cambridge, Minnesota. Your oncologist will help guide your treatment plan, and the entire cancer team at Allina Health Cancer Institute – Cambridge, a department of Mercy Hospital, will assist in tailoring care to fit your life, ensuring your comfort and convenience.
We offer mastectomy, lumpectomy, bladder, prostate, and colorectal surgery. After surgical treatments, the medical oncologist works with patients to manage cancer and prevent recurrence with medicines, including chemotherapy.
The Cambridge Medical Center has been accredited three times by the Commission on Cancer (CoC), a quality program of the American College of Surgeons. To earn voluntary CoC accreditation, a cancer program must meet or exceed the CoC quality care standards, be evaluated every three years through a survey process and maintain levels of excellence in the delivery of comprehensive, patient-centered care. CMC is now included in the Allina-wide network CoC accreditation program.
We believe that every patient deserves the best technology, from a compassionate staff, in an environment that is focused on their needs.
