Water Skiing, adaptive - Twin Cities
Waterskiing lends itself well to adaptive equipment, and after some instruction you’ll soon be skimming the water with the wind in your hair. Adaptive devices, including sit skis, accommodate various levels of ability.
NOTE: This event takes place at Medicine Lake (Mondays) and Lake Owasso (Wednesdays - postponed in 2022) in the Twin Cities, and is also available at our Duluth-Northland location.
Who it is for
Beginner-level through competition-level adaptive waterskiers are welcome, ages 12 and up. We'll provide the instruction and adapted equipment for stand-up and sit-skiers. Join us for a boatload of fun! This class fills quickly. You must be pre-registered to participate.
This program is made possible with support from the Plymouth Lions Club and a dedicated group of volunteers.
