Water Skiing, adaptive - Twin Cities

Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute’s Adaptive Sports and Recreation program offers adaptive waterskiing at a couple lakes around the Twin Cities Metro area. Waterskiing is a perfect sport for adaptive equipment that offers individuals with mobility, visual or other impairments the joys and benefits of watersports. Adaptive devices, including sit skis, accommodate various levels of ability. 

Locations:  
Medicine Lake in Plymouth (Mondays)  
Lake Owasso in Shoreview (Wednesdays)

Who it is for

Beginner-level through competition-level adaptive water-skiers are welcome, ages 12 and up. We'll provide the instruction and adapted equipment for stand-up and sit-skiers. Join us for a boatload of fun! This class fills quickly. You must be pre-registered to participate.

This program is made possible with support from the Plymouth Lions Club and a dedicated group of volunteers.

Fee information

$20 per session
