What it is

You will have a personalized training session with one of our exercise physiologists to discover what works best for you.

We'll cover:

  • what motivates you
  • what you like (and don't like) about exercise
  • your current fitness level
  • your health and fitness goals are.

Then, we'll work together to design a program just for you. Having a customized plan you believe in, and that works for your lifestyle, might be all you need to reach your health and fitness goals.

What to expect

Before you can schedule this service, you must have done a fitness profile to assess your needs and establish realistic, healthy goals.

Then, your exercise physiologist will work with you to design a program that's safe, effective and fun.
