What it is

You’ll learn exercises and techniques to increase your stability and give you better control of your body’s position.

These exercises can also help you with chronic pain, making everyday living just feel better.

For athletes, adding balance exercises to workouts can help you avoid injury and enhance your performance.

What to expect

You will receive:

  • an evaluation of your current posture and balance profile
  • a customized exercise program designed to address any muscle and posture imbalances
  • three 30-minute follow-up sessions
