I love caring for others, as well as the intellectual challenge of medicine. I grew up in a family of teachers, and I enjoy teaching residents and medical students as part of my work.

I enjoy caring for patients as part of a care team that includes internal medicine resident physicians, social workers and nurses. I focus on helping patients to manage their chronic illnesses. I see patients as part of a care team with resident physicians in both the hospital and the clinic.
