What I tell my friends and family: It is better to prevent disease than to treat it afterwards.

Favorite health tip: Follow the rule 5:2:1:0: Eat 5 or more servings of fresh fruits & vegetables a day, no more than 2 hours of total screen time per day, 1 hour of exercise daily and no wasted calories on sugary drinks.
