I am a board-certified physician, specializing in family medicine. My professional interests include hypnosis for stress control, adult medicine with an emphasis on prevention, and geriatrics.
I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

Best part of my work: I particularly enjoy helping a patient solve a difficult problem, and when that isn't possible, finding ways to cope by going around and through that problem.
Why I became a physician: I have always loved science and this seemed like the best way for me to apply it toward good things.
What I tell my friends and family: Exercise is the most important change you can make and to some extent, makes up for some of your bad health habits.
How I spend my free time: Trout and muskie fishing in Wisconsin and Minnesota, traveling to new places with my friends and family.
What patients say about me: My patients say I "conspire" with them to keep them healthy. :)
Favorite health tip: Find exercise that you enjoy and keep doing it.
Practice philosophy: Don't treat too aggressively, unless and until it becomes necessary. You always have choices.
