What I tell my friends and family: You can do more for your health by eating right and exercising than your doctor can.
How I spend my free time: Canoeing and camping in the BWCA, fishing on the Rum River with my boys, family trips and get-togethers.

Favorite health tip: Get into a habit of doing a complete physical exam once a year.
