What I tell my friends and family: Remember what your mother told you: go to bed, get your sleep, eat your fruits and vegetables and go outside and play. This is what keeps you healthy!
How I spend my free time: I enjoy hopping on my bicycle and riding the bike trails. I also enjoy traveling, skiing and yoga.
