What are you passionate about? I am passionate about helping individuals find their own best next step toward glowing good health because we are each on a journey. When one of us moves forward, the world gets a little better.
What is a fun fact most people don't know about you? I used to play violin in college.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be a: Gardener. I love to be outdoors and raising good food at home makes healthy eating more fun.
Something I have learned from my patients is: Each person has his or her own story and sharing stories is part of healing.
One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is: I enjoy the challenge of meeting each person where he or she is and helping each person identify his or her next step toward great health as well as how to "get around to it."
My personal health goal: To be fit enough to canoe the Boundary Waters this year and 20 years from now.
What is the best thing you've done for your health? A daily mindfulness practice changed my life and continues to be a great stress-buster.
What is your favorite memory? The peaceful beauty of the Northwoods, particularly at Star Lake Camp.
