Her professional interests include the management of hearing loss, cochlear implantation, chronic ear disease, balance disorders, acoustic neuromas, and other skull base tumors. She is dedicated to advancing hearing preservation techniques, minimally invasive approaches to the ear and skull base, and improving quality of life for patients through both cutting-edge surgical innovation and compassionate, patient-centered care.
Practice philosophy: Providing compassionate, evidence-based care by combining surgical precision with multidisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes for complex skull base and ear disorders.
What are you passionate about and why? Help patients regain connection with the world around them, restoring hearing, protecting facial and neurological function, and improving patients’ quality of life through advanced microsurgical and hearing restoration techniques.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? A designer.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? Growing up in a family of physicians, I was inspired by the patient–doctor relationship and drawn from a young age to both the science and hands-on aspects of medicine.
What is something you have learned from your patients? My patients have taught me that healing goes beyond surgery—it’s about trust, hope, and partnership. Their strength continually renews my commitment to the human side of medicine.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? I enjoy balancing delicate anatomy while preserving hearing and facial function. The technical skill and thoughtful decision-making make every surgery engaging and rewarding.
