I am a board-certified family medicine physician with professional interests in pediatrics, sports medicine, spine care, degenerative disc disease, bulging discs with associated radiculopathy, facet arthropathy and spine rehabilitation using MedX to strengthen the spinal musculature and alleviate pain. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
Hometown: Grew up in St. Anthony, MN, and currently live in Northfield, MN.
Best part of my work: I get to know many wonderful and interesting patients and help them with the health problems they may have.
How I spend my free time: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to bicycle, play basketball, run, ski, play tennis and read. I love to barbeque on my green egg.
Favorite health tip: Eat five to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables daily and have a lean source of protein at each meal. Exercise daily.
Practice philosophy: I meet people where they are and work with them to improve their health.
