Practice philosophy: My practice philosophy centers on compassionate, patient-centered care that considers the whole person - mind, body, and community. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with patients, empowering them through education, and advocating for preventative care. I strive to treat each individual with empathy and cultural sensitivity, recognizing the unique circumstances that shape their health and working collaboratively to achieve long-term wellness.

What are you passionate about and why? I’m passionate about empowering underserved communities through medicine, education, and advocacy. I strive to build trust, promote health equity, and create lasting impact - both locally and globally - through compassionate care, mentorship, and culturally sensitive outreach.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? I would love to be a beauty influencer, travel blogger, or athletic trainer.

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I became a provider to empower and advocate for others. I knew from volunteering and being a PCA that I wanted to care for people and provide them guidance and support.

What is your personal health goal? My personal health goal is to stay active, incorporate healthy habits, and balance that with work.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? The best health advice I've received is to always have these three habits in my life: strength training, mobility, and stretching and rehabilitation.

What are you most proud of? I am most proud of achieving my goals of becoming a doctor and being able to learn and practice at a wonderful institution.

What are a few of your personal achievements? A few of my personal achievements were being able to represent Team USA for synchronized skating and running my own health fair in Grenada for the Grenadian community.
