Practice philosophy: Through a collaborative approach, I work closely with patients to define their health goals and actively involve them in the process of achieving these goals and lasting wellness. It is also important to me to meet the patient where they are at on this path. I love to work with patients to develop healthy habits through food, stress management and other lifestyle changes, while utilizing functional medicine perspective to further support patients with their health concerns and diseases.
