What are you passionate about and why? I spent four years studying the health effects of air pollution. I'm passionate about clean air for everyone. Getting to know patients and their families is what makes me love my job.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Just take the first step...keep your running shoes by the door, drink water first thing in the morning. Start your day with a small win and it will lead to habit changes over time.
