What is your personal health goal? Stay fit enough to run a 5K without warning
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Find an activity that is enjoyable enough to not feel like exercise.
What are you most proud of? I am most proud of my work as husband to my amazing wife and father to my three incredible children.
