Practice philosophy: I seek partnership with patients to formulate a treatment plan which is medically sound and effectively addresses their concerns. I want my patients to feel that that they have an active role in their care.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? I would teach kids and adults to swim.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I knew as a kid that I wanted to be a doctor. I knew that urogynecology was the right for me because it addresses quality of life. I have the privilege of making most patients feel and live better.
What is your personal health goal? It is super important to be active and healthy. I love distance swimming and strength training.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Keep your body and your mind active.
What are you most proud of? My husband and I have two children. They are our pride and joy!
