Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you?Since I was a young girl, I dreamed of becoming a pediatrician. Combining my passion for science with the opportunity to help and advocate for children and families makes it the perfect job for me!

What is something you have learned from your patients? Being a physician means committing to a lifelong learning. My patients and their families have shown me that smiles, stories, culture, language, are forms of medicine.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Staying updated on evolving medical research is one challenge in medicine. I enjoy ongoing learning so that I can educate both my patients and their families.

What is your personal health goal? Practice self-care

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? To take time and spend it with people you love.

What are you most proud of? My family.
