Practice philosophy: I believe my role as a therapist is to help people put their goals into action with the help of a therapeutic relationship built on trust and honesty. Sometimes relationship stress, life changes, and/or trauma can interfere with our ability to be our most genuine and confident self. My goal is to promote self- compassion, increased confidence in coping with and expressing emotions, and healing from negative beliefs associated with past negative experiences.
