Practice philosophy: I value person-centered care, rooted in a holistic approach to wellness. I believe patients should be empowered to be at the center of their healthcare and utilize informed consent, shared-decision making, and trauma-informed care to help them achieve this.
What are you passionate about and why? Informed care. I want to ensure that the care that I provide puts the patient, their background, and their healthcare goals at the center. Healthcare decisions are not a one size fits all and I want to ensure that patients are empowered to find the care that suits their needs best.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I want to support patients during their most vulnerable times. It's important to have someone you trust by your side, and I strive to be that for my patients. I identified this need in nursing school.
What is your personal health goal? To move my body in meaningful ways, most days of the week. This helps me support my body and mind.
