Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I started as a nursing assistant in high school and new that I loved to help care for people and be there when they needed someone the most.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Being creative in finding solutions to problems that patient's face everyday. To help patients realize they can achieve their goals by changing the way we look at the problem we are faced with.
What is your personal health goal? To be more active and read more.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Eating whole foods and trying to eliminate processed foods. Focusing on being healthy, but understanding that it's a working progress and no one is perfect. The importance of self-care.
