Practice philosophy: I am an acupuncturist committed to helping people through their healing journey to achieve a path to wellness. Everyone is unique and I am here to tailor their treatment to what is best for them using my skills and integrative health partnerships.

What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about my patients. I want to do my best to help people feel better no matter what the condition we are treating. I want people to feel like they are being taken care of throughout our journey together.

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I had come to a crossroads in my career path. I decided that acupuncture was something I wanted to practice. I knew it was the career for me when I saw people get better from my treatments.

What is something you have learned from your patients? I have learned that everyone is different. It takes personal skills like patience, listening, and interpretation to think about what is best for that days treatment.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? One of my favorite challenges is changing a persons mind about acupuncture. I get to use my skills to help a person feel better and give them a great experience in our healthcare

What is your personal health goal? Losing weight is my personal health goal. I try to go for walks and eat well everyday.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? The best thing I've done for my health is everything in moderation. And the best health advice I have received is that sometimes you will take a step back on your health journey but that is okay.

What are you most proud of? I am proud of my skills as an acupuncturist. I love changing a skeptical patients mind about acupuncture after they've had a great first experience.
