What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? I love the challenge of handling everything from sniffles to serious issues. It keeps me sharp, it's never boring, and honestly, it's way more fun than doing the same thing every day!
What is your personal health goal? To care for my own health with the same respect and intention I give to my patients.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Learned that coffee is great, but actual sleep is even better - who knew?
