What is your practice philosophy? I believe in providing compassionate and personalized care to older adults, recognizing the intricate tapestry of each individuals lived experiences. My philosophy is grounded in a holistic approach, acknowledging the interconnectedness of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social dimensions of well-being. I understand that aging is a dynamic process. Our work together will be flexible and adaptive, tailored to the changing needs and abilities that may arise with time.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be a: Carpenter. I love building things with my hands that I can give to others.
What is something you have learned from your patients? The past is history, which we can learn from it. Tomorrow is a mystery, which to prepare for it. Today is a gift, which is why we call it the present, so let's enjoy it.
What is your personal health goal? To always be flexible and adaptable to change as I age.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? The best thing I have done for my health is identify when I need help and support from providers, family, and friends and then follow up by asking for that help!
What are you most proud of? I am most proud of my life journey I have been on and the obstacles I have overcome to get here. There are always going to be barriers that will slow us down at times but continue to take one step at a time and you will be one step closer to achieving your goals.
