I am a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner practicing in Family Medicine. I have a special interest in the prevention of illness and disease. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

Practice Philosophy: I believe prevention is the key to great life-long health. I am happy and excited to work with patients to achieve their life-long health goals. Managing chronic disease is also an important aspect of having good health. I look forward to working together with patients to achieve control of their chronic diseases. I have a special interest in the chronic diseases of Rheumatology. I am confident that I can help patients with all aspects of their healthcare.
I became a provider because: I realized I can help influence people to live healthier lives, while also caring for them when they are ill.
Something challenging about my career I enjoy is: Encouraging people to have regular health care check-ups, immunizations and screenings. It is satisfying to work with patients to help them understand their health and how to maintain good health.
Something I've learned from my patients is: Take one day at a time when faced with a serious illness.
