I am a psychologist with professional interests in depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, chronic pain, and chronic illness; addiction and recovery, trauma and PTSD, and sexual health. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

I became a provider because: I've always been interested in the medical field, and love learning about the mind and body connection, and gaining an understanding of human behavior and patterns that keep us stuck.
One of the challenges of my career that I enjoy is: being able to correctly identify the problem and educate clients as well as providing the tools and resources necessary to manage and treat presenting problems and help my patients discover the answers within themselves.
The best thing I've done for my health is: to listen to my “gut” more even when other people disagree and that my thoughts and feelings are valid.
I'm most proud of: surviving the on-going struggle to balance home life, family, self care and work as well as celebrating the small victories.
Practice philosophy: Biopsychosocial Model-integrating research driven treatments like CBT, DBT, EMDR with focus on diagnoses, treatment planning and educating clients all centered around client focused & interpersonal.
