My practice philosophy: I believe that a relationships with my patients are partnerships. I work very hard to make sure that any health plan we make is something that focuses not only the medical aspect of things, but that patient as a whole being.
I am passionate about: my family and friends. I believe that the individuals in our lives are what make life amazing every day.
If I wasn't a physician, I would be a: food critic because I love to go out to new restaurants and explore different kinds of food!
My patients have taught me to: always listen. I believe this leads to a strong and trusting provider/patient relationship
I knew I wanted to be a physician when: I was 12 years old. I started volunteering at hospitals at that age and saw how being a provider can not only help people, but also provide a wonderful sense of purpose for myself.
Best health tip: I believe sleep hygiene is extremely important. An hour before bed I refrain from any kind of screen time to help me to relax and unwind.
My personal health goal is: to spend more time doing yoga.
