I am a family physician assistant with professional interests in sports medicine, preventive medicine, health and wellness, and I see patients 12 and older. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

If I wasn't a provider, I would: own my own bakery. I love to try new recipes and bake goodies for friends and family to taste.
I knew I wanted to become a physician assistant when: I was a teenager. I grew up in a household where I was constantly surrounded by medicine and conversations about the human body. There are not many careers out there that provide the ability to connect with and help people on a daily basis. It is such a blessing to be able to constantly meet new people and help them meet their health goals.
Something I've learned from my patients is: that health care is not one-dimensional. There are so many different things about each and every patient that influence the end result of their care.
My personal health goal is: to constantly challenge myself with new workouts and new healthy recipes.
The best health advice I've ever received was: to start writing down three things I’m thankful for every evening before bed. It has been a great way to calm my mind before going to sleep and allows me to reflect on the positive things that happened throughout the day.
A few of my personal achievements include: my double eagle at Shamrock Golf Course in 2017, and helping coach the Osseo High School girl’s JV/varsity golf team.
