I received my medical degree from the University of Iowa, College of Medicine and completed my internal medicine residency at the University of Minnesota and cardiology fellowship at Lutheran General Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
I take a holistic view in treating my patients' heart conditions in the context of their medical history and personal beliefs. I utilize a team approach to provide comprehensive care to our patients. I am passionate about making a genuine connection with my patients and helping them navigate and understand their cardiac conditions. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
I have been in private practice at Metropolitan Heart and Vascular Institute since 2008, and I see patients in consultation for general cardiology. My professional interests include diagnostic imaging and congestive heart failure.
When I'm not seeing patients, I enjoy playing tennis, running, traveling and spending time with my family.
