Something I have learned from my patient is: that each patient has a unique story that reflects their health. Understanding my patients' story helps me care for my patients in an individualized way to improve their health.
My personal health goal is: to do some sort of activity five days a week.

The best thing I have done for my health is: yoga. It has been a great stress reliever and has improved my core strength.
