I am from Baltimore, Maryland. My passion is integrative medicine, which means looking at the whole person rather than just a disease or organ. It is the combination of conventional western medicine and eastern medicine. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
I am also an osteopathic physician who practices osteopathic manipulation. This means that I can feel when the body is not operating correctly and fix it by manipulating it with my hands.
I chose pediatrics because children need an advocate, and I shine and am motivated by advocating for others. Also, they are so cute, and thus you can never have a bad day. Children are really great people who will one day be great assets to society and I want to be part of that transition.
I loved biology when I was growing up and was completely in awe of science. I was in awe of how it explains the reason and the how of life, breath, movement, travel, food and energy. Science has fascinated me more than anything else in life. I thought medicine was a great humane application of that science.
I love to work with patients toward wellness rather than a quick fix with a pill. I enjoy working with patients who are willing to partner and have an open, honest relationship, because I think this is what works best for me to promote optimal health.
