I am a board-certified family medicine physician with professional interests in preventive health and wellness, pediatrics, asthma, COPD, sports medicine, diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
My practice philosophy: Support each patient in achieving optimum health by listening intently, explaining clearly, and treating him or her like family. Through my work, I hope to be an example of Christ’s love in the world.

I am passionate about: children’s literacy because reading to children early in life can help set them up for success later. Studies have shown that parents and caregivers can have a huge impact on a child’s reading readiness by exposing him or her to books as infants and toddlers.
My patients have taught me: that every patient has a unique life journey that has led him or her to this moment. I need to understand what is most important to a patient before we can develop an effective plan together.
My personal health goal is: to set aside dedicated time for physical, mental, and spiritual exercise every day.
