I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
I'm passionate about: education. My parents were Vietnamese refugees who came to the United States with dreams of pursuing a higher education and their passion for knowledge was something instilled in me at an early age. I love learning new things and sharing that information to help empower patients.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be: an event planner because I enjoy organizing events and bringing people together to celebrate life milestones.
I knew I wanted to become a provider when: I was in elementary school. We had take-home science kits which first inspired my love of science, and this eventually evolved into an interest in health and medicine. Combined with my interest in science and my passion for helping others, I knew becoming a provider was my ideal career.
Something I have learned from my patients is: that medicine is a team effort, and in order to provide the best care and help patients meet their health goals and needs, it is important to form partnerships with our patients.
One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is: that medicine is a dynamic and ever changing field, and it's challenging, yet exciting, to learn new medical innovations that will help us provide better care.
My personal health goal is: to participate in a 5K run each year.
The best thing I've done for my health is: cooking more at home and trying new recipes with farmer's market produce.
I'm most proud of: the traditional Vietnamese dance group I helped start with my sister and mother.
