Why I became a provider: As a child, I had dreams of becoming a doctor or a lawyer. My grandfather told me I had a "gift" of connecting with others and making them feel heard. Once I enrolled in psychology courses, I found myself researching everything, and learned it was a good fit for me.
Practice philosophy: I believe that therapy is a relational and collaborative process. In my practice, I firmly believe the best mechanism for change is viewing each patient as a unique individual, and striving to learn about them from a comprehensive, holistic lens to foster growth.
