Best part of my work: Through my experiences with functional and integrative nutrition, I find that patients are much more engaged and excited about taking control of their health.
Why I became a provider: I became an integrative nutritionist because even though I ate healthy and exercised on a regular basis, I still didn't feel that I had great health. After doing more research and finding other like-minded health professionals, I found whole foods and specific supplementation helped me to have more energy, sleep better and have mental clarity.
