I am a certified physician assistant with professional interests in pediatrics, preventive care, women's health, infant care, well-child exams and adolescent health. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

I chose to be a family practice provider because: I want to be able to build relationships with my patients and their families. I hope to be able to continue seeing my patients through every stage of their life.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be a: ski instructor or an airplane pilot, because I love being active outdoors and traveling the world.
Something I have learned from my patients is: to always listen and have an open mind, because each patient is unique and they know their body the best.
The best health advice I have received is: to stay healthy by choosing activities and foods that you actually enjoy. If you hate running, then find another activity that will raise your heart rate. The same thing applies to your diet, if you hate broccoli then do not eat it! Eat balanced meals and find healthy foods that you and your family actually enjoy eating.
I am most proud of: the month I spent in Chimbote, Peru, on a health mission trip. I gave aid and comfort to very sick hospice care patients inside their homes.
