I am a certified family physician assistant specializing in same day care and family medicine. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
I am a Northfield native and have been positively impacted by Allina Health providers from a young age. I aspire to provide the same compassionate care to this community.
I enjoy educating patients and their families so that they can be informed, make positive life choices, and ultimately improve their overall health and well being.

If I wasn't a provider, I would: host a travel show and be a food critic in France.
My favorite movie is: Hoosiers. My favorite book is Crime and Punishment and my favorite destination is Sydney, Australia.
The best health advice I've received is: "you are what you eat".
I'm most proud of: Teaching English in Thailand.
One of my personal achievements: Completing Twin Cities marathon in 2009.
