I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

I wanted to become a provider: after serving overseas in high school. This experience helped me see how great a need there is for good healthcare providers and what a big difference quality healthcare can make in an individual's life.

Something I have learned from my patients is: that there is so much more to them then what I see here and now. Behind each person is a family, a story, challenges, success, failure, etc. I have learned that there are many important things to consider when treating my patients; treating each patient as a whole person is essential to my practice. 

A challenge of this career that I enjoy is: meeting patients where they are in life and finding a treatment plan that suits their individual needs is one of the more challenging parts of this career; however, it is also one of the most rewarding parts of this job because it can be life changing for a person when you finally find the right fit!

My personal health goal is: to exercise five times a week - even if all I have time to do is a 20-minute workout video, something is always better than nothing! 

The best thing I’ve done for my health is: making a habit of exercise. Whether it be going for run with my son, hiking on family vacations, or doing a triathlon with a friend. In my opinion, finding ways to enjoy exercise is key to a healthy and happy lifestyle. 

I am most proud of: completing graduate school while working as an ER nurse and giving birth to my son.
