I am a Mental Health Consultant currently offering whole person care including mental health assessments, short term and long term therapy for adults and mental health needs assessments and referrals for children and adolescents.
I am available for same day consultations and crisis intervention. Your primary care, specialty care or mental health provider can refer you to me as well for resources, brief solution-focused therapy and support for a variety of other needs and services. I offer face-to-face virtual visits as well as phone visits.
Best part of my patient visit: Watching clients as they begin to thrive and experience growth.
Why I became a provider: To assist clients in turning the adversities of life into opportunities for growth.
