I'm passionate about: educating individuals and the community about healthy living and livelihood. I believe that a large part of happiness is interwoven in our own and our loved ones' well-being, and with proper knowledge and application, we can move one step closer to our potential.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be: an acupuncturist, because I believe there is more than one way to approach health and life. While advocating evidence, I still like to keep an open mind and entertain the possibilities.
I knew I wanted to become a physician: after high school, because that was one career I felt can diversely help as an essential part of people's lives.
Something I've learned from my patients is: that each patient, whether young or old, can be the one teaching me something; it just takes recognition and appreciation.
The best thing I have done for my health is: meditation, which allows me to self-reflect, train my concentration, relieve stress and improve my overall well-being.
